  • Terms and Conditions for Focus Trovex LLP Trading as Trovex Washrooms Promotion:

    Promotion Period: This promotion begins on 28th June and concludes on 28th July, inclusive ("Promotion Period").

    Eligibility: This offer is open only to legal UK residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, excluding employees and immediate families of Focus Trovex LLP trading as Trovex Washrooms, its affiliated companies, and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

    How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, the first 15 quotes received and provided as a final quote by Trovex Washrooms will be eligible to receive a case of beer from Trovex Washrooms. No purchase necessary. The initial enquiry does not count as a quote, but instead specifics must be explored before a final quote is provided.

    Reward: The reward consists of one (1) case of Beer52, which includes various types of beers such as pale ales, stouts, and more. No substitution, cash redemption, or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of Trovex Washrooms.

    Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and Trovex Washrooms will be entitled to select another winner.

    Delivery: The delivery of the prize is subject to the provision of correct and complete delivery details by the winner. Trovex Washrooms will not be held responsible for any prize that is not received by the winner as a result of incorrect details.

    Limitation: Each participant is eligible for one prize only. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

    Alcohol Responsibility: By participating, entrants agree to comply with all laws related to alcohol consumption. Please enjoy responsibly.

    Indemnification: By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Focus Trovex LLP trading as Trovex Washrooms, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, and agents, from any damages which may arise out of participation in the promotion or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of prizes.

    Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    Data Protection: All personal details will be handled in accordance with the Trovex Washrooms' privacy policy.

    General: Trovex Washrooms reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of its control.
